Do you find yourself caught up in the whirlwind of your daily responsibilities? Are you prioritising everything and everybody else, consumed by the never-ending demands put on you?

The cost of neglecting your personal growth is missing out on the possible transformation and fulfilment that continuous improvement can bring. You could be risking career stagnation rather than making the most of the potential you already have!

Level up how you lead yourself with increased self-awareness, a heightened sense of agency, a shift in your Leadership presence and more impact with your teams and organisation.

Inspire as a Leader by levelling up
LEADING YOURSELF
Leadership Development expands over three main areas which all play an important role, but the first priority always starts with yourself:
-
Leading yourself
-
Leading others
-
Leading the organisation

Once you refine how you lead yourself, you have a strong foundation and a different awareness to become more effective in how you lead others and the organisation.

My INSPIRE approach spends 70% on leading yourself, 20% on leading others and 10% on leading the organisation. Early on in the programme, I bring in assessment tools that will support you, initially for greater self-awareness and then supporting you along the way with the insights you gain.
Tools may include
-
The industry leading Emotional Intelligence assessment EQ-i2.0 from MHS
-
The expanded Emotional Intelligence assessment to include 360 feedback called EQ 360 from MHS
-
The Hogan Personality Assessment which examines personality from all angles - with the highest level of predictive validity in the industry
-
Saboteur Assessment from Positive Intelligence to bring your strengths and self-sabotaging behaviour to the forefront
-
There are other tools I will bring in depending on your individual circumstances and goals

What you can expect from the programme:
-
Increased self-awareness - this includes a better understanding of your strengths and development areas, as well as greater emotional intelligence and self-regulation
-
Heightened sense of agency - an increased feeling of self-worth and authenticity, a shift in mindset towards yourself and your environment, more assertiveness and confidence
-
Shift in your Leadership presence - increased gravitas, influence, communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, strategic thinking and decision making abilities
-
More team and organisational impact - more impactful way of interacting with teams and stakeholders and clarity of own possibilities to make a positive impact on the environment, culture, morale and motivation, increased efficiencies and team empowerment

Some questions answered
? - What does the Leadership Development journey look like?
The first discovery call (remember it's free) will give us both an idea what you would like to get out of the Leadership Development Programme and of course go into more detail what the journey will look like, and what might need to be tailored to your specific needs.

The programme is designed for a period of 6 months, you can expect to meet once a week for the first month and then every 2 weeks. We would spend 60 - 90 Minutes in each session, depending on context, need and your time availability.

Between sessions, you might need to complete a few assignments or put defined actions into practice, these will be determined in each session.
? - What can I expect from each coaching session?
Coaching is a partnership - the better our rapport, the more you will gain from the sessions. It is important to say here that a discovery session will also give us a good idea if we feel we can build a rapport. And for that reason, it is absolutely possible to say NO to me, I will not be offended.

Rapport is not everything through - the coaching journey requires work to be done, actions to be taken. I can be there with my programme and all the questions, skills, experience and knowledge in the world but I cannot do the work for you. This means coming prepared, be open to determine actions and following through with them.

Every time we meet, will review what has been covered in the previous session, discuss any assignments or actions, what learnings have been taken and we will always consider if there is anything in the way that needs resolving before we can progress with the programme outline before continuing on.

Whatever is being talked about is always 100% confidential and I will NOT judge you whatsoever, holding you in high regard and respecting you entirely. Mutual trust is at the centre of our partnership.
? - What if I am unsure if this programme is right for me?
A discovery call is the best first step to exploring if this is right for you or not and I encourage you to be curious and give yourself the permission that any outcome is ok - you might realise that you'd be better off with a 1 on 1 approach, or maybe the Mental Fitness Programme, or even that you are not quite ready to do this yet - let's explore together, it's easy to book in for a first call, I look forward to exploring this with you and have an open discussion.
What clients say about our Mental Fitness work together
I would like to express my gratitude towards Uschi for providing exceptional support during my leadership coaching session. It was my first time seeking coaching outside of my workplace, and her expertise in this field is truly remarkable. Over the past six months, working closely with her has enabled me to develop new ideas and thought processes on how to become a better leader. She utilizes real-life examples and helps you tap into your own leadership qualities, allowing you to find solutions that already exist within you. It has been an incredible experience, and I feel fortunate to have spent such a substantial amount of time with her. This coaching has not only helped me in my career, but also in my personal growth plan.
< Patrick F. >
Before I started my coaching journey with Uschi, I was in a very difficult situation in my career. I had taken on a new role with the hope that it would accelerate my career progression, just to find myself in an environment that simply did not agree with my ways of working and what was important to me. It deeply impacted my confidence and I had lost touch with my strengths and abilities and my true self.

Uschi helped me reconnect with myself and with my priorities in life. She helped me rebuild my self belief and self worth. I reconnected with a vision for my life, take action and I am now in a place where I have clarity what I need from an environment to thrive and take control back. I am now fully aware what I am able to contribute and how I want my relationships to be to energise and motivate me.
I have always been a bit of a perfectionist, who sets self up with high standards, and is conscious of the opinions and expectations from the others. This led to the hard-working and achieving me today, which is recognized throughout my career to-date. On the flip side, it also causes certain self-sabotaging behaviours which may have been a barrier for me to bring my full potential to work.
Uschi helped me better understand myself, and realise how the unhelpful inner thoughts and behavioural patterns had held me back. The biggest game changer for me was to be comfortable with who I am, not to only look at where I can be better at, but also to recognise my strengths and successes, and the values I bring to work. Today, I am more comfortable to be me as a whole, to be self-compassionate, and give myself permission to be not okay. I feel more grounded as the authentic self, which in return brings the best of me at work.
